Intensity of Activity

  • Light – My breathing is a little faster during physical activity, but remains steady

  • Moderate – My breathing is much faster during physical activity, but remains steady

  • Moderately Heavy – My breathing is much faster and louder (heavier) during physical activity and my breath is slightly laboured.

  • Intermittent Heavy Breathing and Perspiration – My breathing is very fast and loud (heavier) sometimes during physical activity and I am perspiring.

  • Sustained Heavy Breathing and Perspiration – My breathing is very fast and loud (heavier) continuously during physical activity and I am perspiring heavily.
