Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Advertised pricing for this adventure (inclusive of GST) is accurate as at 01 February 2009.
  • The non-refundable deposit of $200 is payable upon booking to secure your place
    • Your login details will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. This gives you access to the Our Spirit Member's Homepage. From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure. 
  • Full payment must be received on or before 1 week prior to departure

Cancellation:

Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

  • if received 7 days prior to the tour,  a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 7 days. 
  • if received 6 days or less prior to the tour commencement,  no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling of the tour:

  • If minimum numbers (ie 14 participants) are not confirmed 60 days prior to the tour commencement,  this adventure may be transferred to alternate dates without penalty.
