Payment Terms & Conditions

• Prices including GST (Australian goods and services tax) are accurate as at 26 May 2009 and are subject to accommodation availability and increases as they occur.
• The non-refundable deposit of $200 is payable upon booking to secure your place
  • Your login details will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. This gives you access to the Our Spirit Member's Homepage. From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure. 
• Full payment must be received on or before 9 October 2009. 
• Part proceeds of this challenge go to the Julian Burton Burns Trust to further the prevention, care and research associated with burn injury.
• Payments received after the due date will incur a penalty fee of $150 per participant.

Fee variation: 

• Fuel costs are calculated at current rates. Significant price increases in fuel are incorporated at the time of final payment – 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation:

Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

• if received before 9 October 2009, a refund of the tour less the $200 non-refundable deposit will be issued within 14 days.
• if received after 10 October 2009, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling of the tour:

• If minimum participant numbers (ie 15 participants) are not met by 14 August 2009, this adventure may be transferred to alternate dates up to 2 months prior to the original departure date without penalty.
